At Rona Shoes, we want you to love every step you take; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your footwear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and ensure all tags are attached before sealing the box securely.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
